Anna Gore, FNP

FNP Anna Gore earned her nursing degree from the University of Louisiana Lafayette in 2011 and started her nursing career at Our Lady of the Lake in 2011. While at OLOL Anna worked in Surgery Trauma and the Emergency room. Nurse Anna became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 providing emergent, urgent, and non-acute/routine care to patients in the Emergency room Southeast Louisiana region. Nurse Anna is a Baton Rouge native and currently resides in Hammond with her husband and their two sons. She is excited to be joining West Oak Family Clinic providing care for those in and around Amite, LA.
